1. Purpose

The Company agrees to assist the Client in obtaining a liquor transportation permit ("Permit") required under applicable state law.

2. Services Provided

• Preparation and submission of the liquor permit application
• Guidance regarding required documentation
• Direct handling of the permit process with the relevant state agency
• Guarantee of permit approval, provided the Client supplies all accurate and required information

3. Fees

The Client agrees to pay a one-time, flat fee of $1,100.00 to the Company.

This fee includes both the state permit cost and the Company's service charges.

Payment is due in full at the time of signing this Agreement.

4. Guarantee of Approval

The Company guarantees that the Client's liquor permit application will be approved by the state authority, provided:

• The Client submits complete, truthful, and accurate information
• The Client provides all documents requested by the Company in a timely manner
• If the application is denied solely due to Company error, the Company will refund the full service fee
• No refund will be issued if denial is due to false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Client

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required documentation
• Ensure accuracy and truthfulness
• Comply with all applicable state and federal liquor transport laws

6. Timeline

The Company agrees to process and submit the permit application promptly. While approval timelines are determined by the state authority, the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure approval is obtained in the shortest possible time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fee paid by the Client.

8. Term

This Agreement terminates automatically upon issuance of the liquor permit or, if applicable, upon refund of the service fee in accordance with Section 4.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the permit is being applied for.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

Final Submission

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date written above.
