The Client should only respond to verified contacts from the Company or the following trusted dispatch partners:
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Company provides setup and logistics services to the Client, including:
Access to high-paying loads through partnered shippers including Amazon & government contracts.
Payment is due prior to service activation.
Payments may be processed via third-party accounts to enable same-day service. A digital receipt will be issued upon payment.
The $399 dedicated lane setup fee is refundable after the Client completes their first delivery arranged by the Company. Other service fees are non-refundable once service begins.
The Client agrees to:
This Agreement does not create an employment relationship. The Client is an independent carrier.
The Company is not liable for any loss of income due to delays, market rates, missed loads, legal penalties, or broker cancellations.
This agreement becomes effective upon payment and remains active until completion of contracted services. Either party may terminate in writing at any time.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
